Keep in mind that each tier can be a different flavor. We use a delicate Italian Meringue Buttercream to frost all of our cakes, which allows us to customize your design and keep all tiers uniformed.

 Pick Your Berries, Berry Cake  —
Yellow or chocolate cake with layers of homemade whipped cream and your choice of up to 3 types of fresh berries (*Please note: berry availability may vary depending on season)

Light Cloud— Yellow cake layered with whipped pastry cream to give a delicious, simple flavor while being light and fluffy.

—  24 Carat, Carrot Cake 
Rachel’s family recipe for a traditional carrot cake with fall spices, golden raisins, and crushed pineapple. Layered with a delicious cream cheese frosting.

Double Chocolate
Moist chocolate cake layered with a light, chocolate whipped cream.

—  Chocolate Peanut Butter Dream  —
Dark chocolate cake layered with a fluffy whipped peanut butter filling and caramelized peanuts to give a nice crunch.

—  Chocolate Raspberry Seduction  —
Our dark chocolate cake layered with fluffy chocolate whipped cream, fresh raspberries, and a hint of raspberry preserves.

Honey Pistachio Praline— Yellow cake layered with honey infused whipped pastry cream, and sweet and crunchy caramelized pistachios.

White Chocolate Raspberry— White chocolate sponge layered with white chocolate ganache, light whipped cream, fresh raspberries and a touch of raspberry preserves.

Classic Red Velvet— A traditional southern Red Velvet cake layered with a sweet cream cheese filling.

Funfetti— Our white cake with rainbow sprinkles baked into the sponge, layered with light and fluffy whipped cream to celebrate any fun occasion! ***Gluten free options available, please inquire for more information***
